Do you like being a landlord???

I spoke to a family member that told me "I hate being a landlord...... why can't I have good, paying tenants?!?!

My answer: You've been dealing with this for several years, why not sell the property and start a roth IRA for retirement.........

See, some people think that when they are left properties by divorce, inheritance, or just having the properties for so long, that they would be doing the wrong thing by selling the property. Why stress yourself??? There are benefits to selling your property instead of dealing with frustrating tenants that cause you to get gray hair lol. There are cash investors out there that will give you cash for your property and close fast. The faster you sell the property, the faster you can dye your hair backs to its natural color and act as though you never allowed yourself to get frustrated over that tenant.
