Tenants have Rights Too..........

     I know we hear a lot about landlords being frustrated with their tenants but, let's not forget that tenants get frustrated too. Why you ask? Well, some landlords just dont' know how to be landlords, they only care about the money, or they have bad property managers. Some important things that you have to be sure takes place when you are tenants are:

* Make sure you fix any problems with the property (be proactive to save money)

* check your zoning for the property (make sure it does not change)

* Pay all bills on the property on time (i.e. tax bills, mortgages, employees, etc)
