There are times where selling a home for cash may not be the best option for you:
1. You have very little equity in your home
2. The discounted price would not cover your expenses with closing on your home.
3. You have no repairs that are needed and can make better getting full value
These are reason where a real estate agent will come into play. Now, I know you are thinking....Aren't realtor companies expensive. Answer: Not at all. The commission rates are negiotable and you may need a real estate agent that can connect you with buyers, negiotitate for you, answer any questions you may have in the closing process, and help you find out the market values in your area.
